Donald Forman
Mr. Donald Forman attended Rutgers Law School, from which he graduated first in his class
in 1968. Shortly thereafter he became an Assistant County Prosecutor for Camden County where
he remained until he went into private practice. Shortly thereafter he became a solicitor for the
Township of Cherry Hill wherein he represented the township Tax Assessor and handled all of the
township’s property taxation issues, such as defending citizen’s numerous tax appeals. In addition,
for over twelve years, he served as a solicitor for the County of Camden where he represented
the County in any and all matters involving the involuntary commitment of it’s residents. However,
his private practice ultimately became primarily centered around small business commercial matters
and real estate transactions. This included, among other things, a heavy concentration on
collection matters, residential tax appeals, zoning, business formations and bankruptcy.
As a consequence of the commercial experience that Mr. Forman developed he, in addition to being the head of his own law firm, successfully formed and acted as CEO of an automobile and equipment leasing company that became well known and successful on a national level. After over 15 years of being in the financial business he, again, formed and became CEO of a residential mortgage company which, ultimately, had over 75 branch offices. These were located throughout the approximately 25 states wherein it did business.
